Nad Sheba residence is a 6,500 m² living-space that makes going out almost unnecessary.
With 6 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, one office, one art studio and one musallah (praying room), this residence shelters all modern life necessities.

The client emphasized its need to have a connection with the outdoors. The house features large bay windows that let natural light embrace all rooms. With plants, dune and water just one step away, the residence is in complete symbiosis with nature.

The house is meant to be a real social hub. Several gathering spots have been placed, inside and outside, with an emphasis on social interaction and entertainment. The outside features dining areas, one sunken garden, a farming area and several reflective pools.
